There is still no photo to be seen, but I don’t need one. I know 100% that it can be flashed, a locked screen doesn’t change that. If you get the message that the USB device was not recognized or is not working, there are three possible reasons:
1- the cable is defective
2- the USB port is bad
3- the USB drivers were not installed correctly. The USB drivers should be installed on the PC “as administrator”, otherwise it won’t work with some versions of Windows.

First, check whether you have installed the USB drivers correctly. Did you install it as an administrator? Do this first.
Also clean the contacts on the watch, it is best to use some cleaning alcohol for this.
Finally, there is the possibility that the USB port on your computer is the problem. Try other ports.
Only when all of these problems have been ruled out would I recommend a new cable.

IF the drivers are installed correctly , the watch is OFF and the cable is not damaged i have no idea why the flashing will not work for you following the standard procedure. What is and is not on your watch screen is not important and i have no idea why you repeat this ? And as it should be off for flashing i do not understand

If you flashed correctly with the correct firmware and the watch no longer boots when charged with a working charger i have no more advice. Sorry
