Problem with calls

Hello. I bought Kospet Hope smartwatch, I connect to my phone Huawei p 20 pro like its says in instruction. Its connected, i am getting watsapp messeges and email but the watch did not show  any incoming calls, no incoming messeges, and i can not make a call  :-[  

I do not know where is the problem?! Can somebody help please?

But you still can put the sim into your Kospet Hope and everything will work as it should.

(The Hope isn’t a tethering watch, it’s a full blown phone in a watch’s body.)
