Prime 2 how to reset a lock screen

i just got my prime to i changed the keyboard now i can type in my password but it will not open the watch the little green arrow is gone i was told from gearbest to RE-flash the ROM so i can get in and factory reset the watch so i can undo what i did. how do i do that or did i spend 212.00 for nothing
