Please help! My Zeblaze thor 4 touch screen don’t work

My zeblaze thor 4 Touch screen is broken before 24 hours use.
First 20 hour use my Bluetooth won’t pair to my wiiwatch2.
And after restart it, the touch screen don’t respond to anything.

The Only thing that work is the power and back button.
Please help me what should i do?

you have it less than a day? return it! ask for replacement or full refund.

May be the battery is not charged. During the first days of using the capacity of the battery drains very quickly. Try to charge it for an hour and see if the problem is still there . If yes then Sonia is right : return it!
