You can flash the FW, it should return the watch to a working state. FW is on this forum, turotial is on our YT channel.

I did a google search and the first thing up is this video from Mr. Ticks, Smartwatch Ticks YouTube channel that discusses how to fix an Android watch stuck in a bootloop. Which sounds like it possibly is your problem.

after you’ll give me a link to the software that you’ve used i will help you trying to flash the right one and downgrade the firmware to see if that will fix the watch, just to be sure you are 100% sure that the watch worked for a while and then just stopped, right?
