Got a thor 4 dual, great watch but the problem is with Google Play Store. Whenever I open it says couldn’t sign in. Same error when adding an account too

Go to settings in Google play and click on the version number, a new Play version should start downloading and update in the background. When updated you must go to settings and clear play cache. Or possibly restart. My play version is 11 something.
