What happened? Why is it upside down?
Also, the latest firmware for i4 Pro is falty. I can’t flash it so I had to use the second newest.
Is there anything I can do to flip the screen?
If it is upside down then you have flashed the wrong firmware.
Can you please tell me your exact watch model and the version of firmware that was on it before you flashed?

The watchmodel is Iqi I4 Pro 2/16 and the firmware the watch came with is from february 2018.
I flashed: AQR-LAUNCH-I4Pro-1602-Fitness-NHT-V01-20170921
When trying to flash AQR-LAUNCH-I4Pro-1602-Fitness-HEHUI-NHT-V02-20180131 I get this error: ROM[logo] checksum mismatch: checksum_config[0xbe27] checksum_val[0xbf26]
That’s mismatch in checksum.ini file that is inside dir with firmware it’s safe to ignore. If I recall correctly this happens sometimes with newer version of SP flash Tool. If checksum error is only for logo.bin you can disable checking and flash
Just make 100% sure you are flashing correct firmware for your watch.

Is there any other place where I can find firmware for IQI I4 Pro?
I managed to flash AQR-LAUNCH-I4Pro-1602-Fitness-HEHUI-NHT-V02-2018013 but the screen never woke up. It seemed to boot up correctly and sound worked too, but without any screen.
How can I go back to the firmware the watch came with?
Is there a way to get in touch with IQI?

zerg these firmware updates are provided on this board. However, as an owner of an I4Air, I think users need to be aware of potential issues. Like the previous post, with the upside down screen problem, as I understand this is not OEM firmware. If you flash this firmware and have a problem the original firmware for your watch is not available and you are stuck with your issue. It is for this reason that I did not use this firmware to upgrade my watch to get BT call. It still works fine after a year still running the original firmware. Some things are better left alone.

the problem is which model do you have and which firmware will fix it. none of the firmware that we have here helped?

When you go to the link there are two firmwares listed for the I4Air. You select the one that matches what is in your watch. The key difference is the type of screen. Either HEHUI or NHT. Make sure to use the correct one.
