I've changed my watch face with a new one. In this new watch face, there's also the number of steps... and... INCREDIBLE !
It’s set on 04576 steps. Maybe since last updating. I’ve tried to reset my pedometer data but this number still remains…

Of course no, activity app is froozen ( disabled )

that is why you’re having problem with it:) enable it and disable it again.

Hi Sonia,i ve same problem but i didn t freeze the activity app,i deselect the service in setting but with pulse watch skin the pedometre work and i can t reset the counter

i reflash the same firmware that i had becouse for an app i had a loop of bootscreen z10-yfz-v10-20171011

most likely the firmware, if the problem continues plz notify and i’ll check it.
Recently I tried register the accuracy of pedometer counter for whole one day.
Ok, not so accurate anyway no problem. Now I disable the Pedometer Service or leave it enabled while the Health App is NOT FROZEN. But I cannot erase the steps counter to 0... How can I reset the counter of the steps ?! Again...

Via files data? What do u mean?
I’ve root of course…
if you have root then you have much more access to system files and you can disable the apps that you want and delete data. data is in files manager and you can just delete data from there but be careful and know what you are deleting. try total commander or wakelock detector or any app that can help you delete or disable system files.
