Pedometer not resetting

Hi, Pedometer of my Kospet hope is not resetting, I tried everything, restart, resetting from UL but no success. Please help me.

Have you installed the last firmware and factory reset ?

Thank you @Dr_Andy_Vishnu . Yes it has last firmware and was factory reset 6 months back. I have not used pedometer for couple of months , before that it was working fine.
