Pedometer & Heart rate monitoring

Hello Folks,
Been using the Lemfo LES 1 for the past 2 weeks and been reading through most of the sections in here trying to figure out the accuracy of Pedometer & Heart rate monitor. I mostly use the pedometer to track my steps and find it inaccurate most of the times. Noticed that it even registers as steps even when i’m just moving my hands while i’m sitting or lying down. Im running the 0517 firmware as of now which i updated right after getting my watch. so i don’t know if this problem was there in the earlier firmware. As a result Im not able to use the watch for counting my steps.
In the mean time, I have installed Runkeeper, S Health, Google Fit apps …but im yet to test those.

It seems Heart rate monitor is also not accurate . have downloaded Cardiograph and tested, but doesn’t register any heart rate, plus i guess its not using the sensor and rather using the camera. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

try to reset the watch and see if helps.

Been trying to fiddle around a bit…haven’t yet reset the watch. I installed google fit, Samsung health app and monitored them simultaneously with the built in pedometer. Google fit gave the least reading, followed by the built in one and the higher number by samsung health app. Now i cant seem to fig out which one is right or even close to real life performance. What i noted is that, even these apps on my one plus 3t phone showed similar results when tracked independent of the watch. Haven’t had time to reset the watch and spend some time with it in detail yet, but i feel something is wrong with the monitoring. Samsung health app seems a lot more unrealistic. how did your’s compare??

i've checked mine with the note5 and a lifetrek sport watch, almost the same results minor differences.

Do anyone know an app, that use the heartrate sensor for permanently measuring?

I have a rooted device, so I can do more perhaps?
