@Pablo_Eleven_Pablo11 , today I restored my D5+ to factory configs, because I sold him… Now, when I go to config the Google account on play store, after enter the info of the buyer, it goes to a black screen and nothing happens… It stay in this screen and no configure my app store… I can go back to system, but Everytime I try to configure, it stops in same place… Please, help me with this! I found the solution: install Google play services with a .Apk file… Simple!
Good to hear. Check that your IMEI is intact by dialling *#06# from the watch dialler
I can’t… My watch is without battery… I finished the installation, open the app, it works… Then the battery is gone… And the charger dock don’t be with me.

Hello Juliano, after the christmas i found now the time to check everything.With different kind of google service versions the heart rate sensor doesn’t give a value. Two of the three green led lights are flashing, but no resut appear on the screen.
What do you think, what the problem could be?
I don’t know… Maybe a hardware problem…
