Did somebody experienced similar?
Is this any option to order (buy) a new back for this watch? Where? I didn’t find any on web.
I wrote a mail to the only email address (sales…) can be found on “contact” on www.Finowatch.com but no answer (for 2 days).
Any idea?

this is not normal and Gearbest must not should replace the watch or at least send a new back, you can try this link to see if they are willing to sell this part but Gearbest must be responssible for the fault unit.
