ok i figured out how to get bluetooth internet access to work on my att. note 4 . i installed foxfi key app( sprint/att only ) its not on the playstore i used blackmart app to download it or you can google it. next install pda tablet on your no.1 d5 … go into foxfi on your phone the click activate bluetooth mode. now go into the app pda tablet on your watch and connect … hope this helps anybody else with the same problem i had.
