I hope I can get help here, my watch screen resolution missed up, so the watch doesn’t respond to any click, I guess I need to flash the firmware throw a computer, not sure how ?

I have Win 10, I heard it’s not easy and so complicate to do so, I hope somebody here can help in an easy way
