hello there is no notification sound from zeblaze thor 5 pro i just bought.There is no problem with normal voices, I can listen to songs.I reset it to factory settings a few times, it didn’t work

Go to settings- sounds to adjust the notification Sound.
When I tap on the sound, it makes a sound, but when the notification comes, there is no sound
Goto settings- more- backround cleaner and tap on battery saver. Disable the apps you are talking about.
