No multi touch display, no pinch and zoom

I just opened up my 3rd and last Genesis. :man_facepalming:t3:
The first 2 have had multi touch and pinch and zoom has worked fine. However this last one does not support multi touch. :thinking:

Is this something a firmware update might fix or is this just a early display that can’t handle it?

Any suggestions on how to fix?

If after a factory reset it doesnt work you have no chance i’m afraid . This watch has no other firmware than whats posted in the genesis thread . You could try flashing it ?
