I have the same issue since I got this watch. I reset it 3 times and do all the updates still got black screen with Google play. So how can I install M2D receiver and I cannot connect it with my window 10 pc. Please help!

i downloaded the apps to the computer and transfered them to the watch. you said that the computer does'nt recognize the watch so you need to install drivers and mtp usb, i tried to flash the rom couple of times and it did'nt fix the problem and so i tried formeting and download all these improved battery life but damaged the imei (fixed) and still no google play store.

I also had black screen problems in google play but I downloaded the pc to finow by bluetooh google play services. Then in the watch install the services of google and open the application, start gmail account and already I worked google play

Ii have one more question. I don’t know if its the latest update ( because I just received the watch and updated it to latest version) but everytime I try HeartRate after measuring get the message: measurement failed, check wheter the watch contacts with wrist. I tried different possitions and also tried on finger but always same message( on my X5+ works normally).

install Settings Search and go to app manager and go to HR and clear data and stop the app and just reopen it and see if it works.

The firmware of the D5 + is the same as that of the X3 +, I can install the firmware of the D5 + to my X3 +. I still can not fix the battery problem, it only lasts 4 hours. When will the next update.

after many resets and flashing the battery just amazing with more than one connectivity.
After 28 hours, 25 percent battery. All the time 3G on.

I have m2d installed and all seems to be working well, but i cant respond to sms text. Is there a way to do this or maybe an app that i should be using on my phone, or watch to achieve this? Im not using a sim card in my watch and only have it connected via bluetooth.

Before I connected the dock status said around 1 hour and a few minutes left (5 per cent).
After the long run (without power saving mode), today my battery drained out within 4 hours (I hoped, I can top the result with power saving on)…
I installed some apps/app-updates yesterday, so I have to verify, from where the fast battery drain comes.

Yes. I have noticed, that with the same settings and with almost the same usage, I get completly different results (after charging to 100% and after reboot) .
Sometime is battery drained within an 7 hours and sometime within an 22 hour.
First look says, that despite minimal usage are watches long active. Some apps (mainly calendar and playstore) or services wakes up watches too frequently and accidentally. One day (lets say) 6x and next day 15x.

With the last update on X5+ I get similar results, after 24hours 75% battery left, would be more than 3 days of battery life.
Great!
After 15 hours it shows 56%. Active SIM and BT. It looks good.
