New Prime 2 touchscreen not sensitive, difficult to work

I purchased the Kospet Prime 2 after reading about the FAW 10 upgrade. Immediately upon receiving the new watch, I did the first upgrade to v 1.1, and factory reset.
In trying to use the watch, I’m experiencing problems with the touchscreen. At times it is very difficult to get it to respond. The watch came with a screen protector already installed. Should I remove that and see if there’s a difference. Should I continue and do the 1.4 upgrade? Has anyone else experienced touchscreen issues? Should I try to send the watch back. (they probably won’t take it after the firmware upgrade)? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

The back of the Prime 2 needs skin contact for the touchscreen to work properly.
Either I put a finger on the back or I wear it on my arm.

If you are carefull you might find you have two screen protectors fitted

Thank you both, I removed the screen protector, and the plastic film covering the bottom of the watch. Still doesn’t respond. It’s most annoying trying to send a text message, and you can’t get the check mark to work to accept the phone number?
Any other suggestions?

Use the lower mark. I think it’snot a screen problem…
