New KW88 firmware

I’m trying to download firmware Version KW88_CS1_B_GSM_PHT_20171111 from the link on this forum, with little joy, I’ve tried to download it on the Chrome browser nothing happens, I then tried on Microsoft Edge, still nothing, my third attempt is with the TOR browser that tells me the file is 341.9 MB is in (NZ) and will take 01:14:17 seconds to download, not good on fibre optic.

Any idea’s?

i have just checked the link on chrome and it works fine, do you have active antivirus?

Downloaded in 1:14:00 now installed and working.

I found this to be a helpful video.

Tip for anyone who watches it:
Pull the magnetic connector off the watch and re attach it when he says connect lead.

yes, any firmware that is added by our admin is from the manufacturers themselves:)

Hi

I just performed this firmware update… all went well.
But when i power on the watch it just displays android , does not go any
further ?? waited about 10 min… still nothing

ok after 20 min it loaded…

Hi. I have installed the BT firmware which was November 11 and now there is this firmware which is November 17. I was wondering if this update will erase the BT option. If already answered somewhere else in the forum please excuse me but I didn’t find it

the update is ota? even if yes, it wo'nt erase the bt call app cos Kingwear and the developers of the software have an agreement bewtween them and the app is always part of the any update that would be for Kingwear watches and also Microwear watches.

yes, any firmware that is added by our admin is from the manufacturers themselves:)

Thank you soniasophie9697 I was criticised for telling someone that this was the latest version and it was nothing to do with King Wear.
