New Android 13 Smartwatch with 1.98' Amoled Screen! Fake specs

Receive and test this watch and it’s just a toy ! Screen is not 1.98’ but 1.75, battery is only 1000mah, certainly not Android 13 because most of Google apps dont work ( Gemini, Google Assistant, Agenda, Google Home… ) So another toy unusuable and returned to the seller…

Watch out bro, if you are ok with Android 8.1 and 3GB RAM, it’s probably a H18. Android 9 round screen watches with 16GB or even 32GB RAM? - #7 by Dr_Andy_Vishnu

However everything which is not the cheapest config will be the same spec just faked. The watch is beautiful, but the specs might be off.

About the M99: what is the real Android version and the real RAM size? Please check it with https://bit.ly/4muCOYi (I hosted it to test the two watches I returned recently having fake specs) and report back, huge thanks. Also, can you snap some photos?

The M99 is 100% A8.1.1. I have this watch under a different name . Usual fake specs.

About the M99. Anyone manged to get to recovery mode / safe mode? Or unlock developer options?

It also sells under name Lokmat APPLLP 6 MAX.

But the Lokmat has correct specs advertised … so A 8.1 + 3GB RAM … AND it comes with 4 PIN charging cable … according to seller you can also transfer files over it, so ADB should work, but on my M99 I only have 2 PIN.

If anyone has any useful information how to get to recovery mode (what button sequence should I press) or unlock developer options, it would be highly appreciated.

You can try this app for developer option : smartwatch developer helper pour Android - Télécharge l'APK à partir d'Uptodown

go in eng test mode in this app and have sim card inserted.

@christ on M99 I can’t enable developer options or ADB with app you suggested

Neither can I get to recovery mode

Thank you anyway

This is the problem with all this fucking new watches…

One more warning. Developer helper is great but after uninstalling it can cause problems with engineering mode. It does not allow me to change connection type 2G LTE or something else. And it can send annoying notification.

And additional observation on M99 !

I could not enable developer options, BUT I could tap on builder number and got message, this is not allowed.

I came to this by enabling parent control on M99 and on Supervisor account I enabled developer options for M99 smartwatch.

But that was the most I could do.

So this M99 is also rotten as the watch of this post… :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

Okay. Lets clear a few things up

The S13 at the top of the post is actually A13

It has good and bad points

The good - great screen , all google apps work and sync as they should , awesome battery life

The bad - gps doesnt and will never work correctly , fitness apps will not work , certain permissions dont work ( ie display over other apps for watchdroid ) BT transfer wont work. Google wont update

However WE have access to developer options which we may share. Using this we can remove all the rubbish on this watch and tweak a few things as we now have watchdroid working.

This watch we will not be offically supported by us. However we can discuss it and help as a forum

Hello, i think you dont have tested the same product S13 as me, when you say ‘ all google apps work and sync ‘ on mine : Google Assistant dont start ( always ask to choose google ), Google Agenda dont start ( always ask access storage ), Google Home installed and start but see all items offline, Gemini refuse to install so certainly not a Android 13 smartwatche… Curiously the GPS was ok for me on Maps.

Nevertheless i’m curious to know the method you use to access dev option on this watch. Thanks.

The apps you mentioned I have not tried, but I have tried Contacts, Gmail, Phone, and Drive, which work well. As we have no contact with the manufacturer, there could be several models. GPS varies with interference but certainly won’t track reliably.

It’s actually difficult to grant missing permissions. We’ve been able to do this for most apps using ADB. There’s an app called bugjaeger for wireless ADB that @Dr_Andy_Vishnu found. It works great on this watch.

GPS and the fitness features aren’t important to me. So, I’m very happy with the watch. The AMOLED display is great, and so is the battery life.

Yes, you have tried Contacts, Gmail, Phone, and Drive : all this apps are already installed on this watch :smiling_face_with_sunglasses: Try the apps i mentioned and you will see they dont work…

Well they were not installed on my watch.

Ok may be, can you try the apps i’mentionned and tell me if they works well ? Particullary Google Assitant.
