Network problem

I inserted 4g indian sim card in genisis watch but it doesn’t reading it and it can’t even showing the sim card and iam trying to register on sim network also it unable to register on sim network

When you insert a sim car correctly ( make sure its the right way round ) you need to reboot the watch for it to work . Thanks

I thought that it should be the sim problem but i checked with 3 sims and i placed in it correct direction sometimes it showing the network but it not registered on that network i think u seen the previous message which have posted the picture of it

I if i have read this correctly . Some sims work , one doesnt . If this is the case i cannot help you . You will have to contact your network provider for settings etc.

I suggest you do a search of this forum for “Sim cards in India.” The search function is at the top of the page on the right. There has been a lot of problems reported by users in India of issues with Sim cards and maybe reading these will help you.
