I can’t make out the detail in these photos.
What I was suggesting is that you reset the watch with the Sim card inserted.
So that when it boots up it will set the time zone and date automatically.
Then you can try to access Google.
You still haven’t said where you are located in the world?
Some countries have restricted access to Google.
I can’t reproduce this problem because I have copied the play store updater app to the watch and it works fine.
As long as you have network access and leave time zone automatic with a Sim card inserted for data access.
Try flashing the Kospet Note firmware in firmware upgrade mode if nothing else works.
I can’t think of any reason why you have this issue.
Actually I think I see the problem now.
Your watch is a Ticwris Max, not Max S.
The difference is noticeable and not sure how the mistake was made.
The MAX S has a metal bezel and the MAX is much bigger and has a black bezel.

So you have flashed the wrong firmware.
PS… You’re not related to Yakup by any chance are you 
I guess it is hard to tell from your photos… But it doesn’t look right to me.
If this is not the problem and you do have a MAX S… I’m stumped.

i am in PhnomPenh Cambodia now. i will try as per your suggestion…I dont think its a watch problem also,i think this is just a corrupted outdated part of the firmware… the Playsrore is the brain of the google system so with it restricting acces im pretty much blocked… this is why i was requesting help for a newer firmware or ROM whatever is possible otherwise i am stuck with a watch mode on…who is Yakup?
If you have a MAX S then try this.
What does the back of the watch look like?
By the way, Play Services is the heart of the Google eco system.
Without updating the Play Services, the play store will not work.
FYI - V2.0_20200905D is for the MAX not MAX S.
That’s why I am thinking you may not have a MAX S
The D is for the MAX with new screen type.
All MAX S and Kospet Note have the same screen.

Then flash the Kospet Note firmware I posted above and use the Firmware Upgrade option in the flash tool.
@edddie just curious… Have you checked your Sim data is working with wifi off?
Can you make calls and receive SMS…?
Does Web browser work with Sim data?

i can call and connect to internet using opera but not able to register to anything related to google like you tube will close for a while saying it needs update .i will try and flash and let you know.

If you can make calls and opera browser works, it’s not the problem.
I hope the firmware works for you.
Make sure you use firmware upgrade option to flash so that it clears any rubbish that might be left behind.

flashing with kospet firmware is successful…Play store is working as is all components the problem is the old firmware. .Pictures are attached Thank you so much for the assistance.
