need help with my Lem5 PRO and my Android phone

Hi all! Finally i’ve my Lem5 PRO, and a lot of questions. I’ve paired over BT and installed the APP with the QR in the watch:
1- I haven’t notifications, if i receive an email, whatsapp or call the Lem5 PRO does nothing. I have checked the notification permisions at my phone, and the app has permission to notifications.
2- I haven’t internet via BT. If i go to BT options in my watch, search for the paired phone, i have an option to have internet with this device (the phone) but if i try to enable it, automatically it’s disabled, no errors provide. I’ve test it with 2 phones, 2 Android versions.
3- I’have installed Universal Launcher New Gen
(from Google Play) and if i tap on change skin, only shows a black screen.

can i fix all this? I’ve updated, rebooted … Please help me!
