Dearest any of you have ever used MTK Engineering Mode to improve the use of our smartwatch? For example, improving audio or other?

I used it to restore my lost Imei.

and how to access engineering mode on full android watch?
I already tried using dial code and nothing happened.
I tried some apps from playstore to open engineering mode and it’s works, but i could’nt find radio information settings to restore my imei.
FYI, I am using Kospet Optimus watch.
