Is there a way to manage mobile Data access control and restricts apps or background services to consume my data plan?

I tried, but there is no settings in mobile data to control this.
My watch is a finow x5+ with default ROM.

i use gesture search app to look for datamanagement and define restrictions for apps on cellular.
