Logging on to the site

I have real problems with this. I can log in on phone, but on laptop just returns an error.

Anyone know what’s going on?

Are you on Mac ? Is it related to your browser (can you try with another one) ?

Windows machine, Chrome.

No matter what I do, I get message that says “unknown error.”

Clear the Cache of your browser and try again, please.

Tried that… Didn’t work.

Also, when I try to do a password reset and enter my email address or user name, it returns a “403 forbidden” message.

Strange. We changed some settings yesterday, but normaly it should work after Clearing the Cache of the browser. I’ve tryed it out, with different browsers, it works for me. I have no idea …

Ok, I think I figured it out. I was not accessing the secure site that u get by typing in “https://…” instead of “http://…”

Whew…crisis averted.
