My lemfo heart sensor always open. İ restarted watch and reset all data it doesn’t work. Pls help me.

that means a hardware problem try to open the back and disconnect the HR sensor cable and reconnect. be careful not the break it!
Thank you for helping. I upgrade firmware and it has done. And now i can’t use heart sensor.
