hi is there any problem with wiiwatch2 connection today i recive an update it look like there is a problem when i connect my lem 7 after one minuts it will be disconnected when i go back to wiiwatch 2 it connect again

reset the watch and start all over, are you using more BT apps when using wiiwatch 2?

hi its look like the problem from wiiwatch2 coz when i open it ask me to give permition what you think
i reset the watch same problem is it compatibal with samsung a8+
maby the new ver of wiiwatch2 not compatibal
the wiiwatch2 go offline after 1 minut when i open it again it connect
i test the problem when lock screen turn off the wiiwatch2 app go offline what we can do?

i’ve tested the new wiiwatch with my phone and it works fine, have you paired the watch and the phone? if yes unpair them, you only need to connect them via the app and do’nt need to pair them via BT. second uninstall the app from the phone and reinstall it and try again.

i see what is the problem:) go to saving mode and change the settings there to make sure that the watch wo'nt go to sleep when screen is off.

did you make sure to use upgrading when flahsing the 2.4 version?
