Hi i recently buy a LEM7 on eBay but i use a few days and the watch suddenly it did not work so, i don´t know how is the problem

Is the battery dead? It acts like it is trying to boot up but does not have enough power. The power bank also needs an adequate charge to be able to transfer power to the watch.
May be i ask for full refund.
The battery is ok i have a 2 amps charger, the power bank work ok, but the watch just dont start
i install a google play remote for a tv box, and i put 3 gigas of mp3
I don´t know how flash the watch may be is a good option, can you help me with this procedure?
May be i dont know if any have the procedure to reset the watch.

I have the same thing on my W1 since the new FW… If the power is not enough it will loop endlessly. In your case, if the power bank does not deliver enough power it fails. Sadly you can’t try to directly plug the watch without the power bank…

Just curious. Having a 2 amp charger doesn't mean anything. These watches only take about .2 amp an hour charge rate. When you say the power bank work ok what are you basing that on? What are the indicator lights doing when you plug in the charger? What indication do you get when you set the watch on the charge bank when plugged in and when not plugged it. My experience with a looping problem on 2 different watches always went back to low power. Unless you have done something or installed something that could be attributing to the problem.
I check with the voltimeter and all the voltage is ok, and i dont receive any message of the watch or rare lights but today ill be try to flash a new firmware, because i read some cases then have the same problem and fix this flashing the watch if i have success be sure then be know to all yours if this is the solution thanks all for your help and ill be try to fix this, really i like this watch is very usefull but maybe is a firmware problem, i almost sure, today in the night i hope have a succesfull patch jejeje, nice day to all
Dont works the flash of the firmware may be is a defective nand flash.
I ask for a full refund

if it’s not under try to open the back cover and clean the power contact it works for me now
