i hope they will produce tempered glass protector cos it needs it, i have screen portector on it but do’nt think that is enough:(

I find I agree more with Mr. Ticks that they distort touch actions and develop those irritating air bubbles. Thus I remove the screen protector that comes on the watches. With my I4 Air, my most used watch, in over a year, I have never had a mark on the face despite wearing it 24 hours a day, unless it is on the charging stand.
the problem is that the bazel of the watch is very thin and that make the screen more fragile, if i did’nt have screen protector (tempered glass) on the kw99 most likey today the crack on the protector would have been the screen itself, i know that if i had one on my lem4pro it was fine even after the flat fall.

LEM7 is ok but LEMX definitely needs the protection.
Watch the shit, do not buy. On the second day, the bank refused, after 2 months screen. The lower part of the screen does not respond to touch, the screen is working phantom. Chas is not mochil.Pri washing hands always took off. I do not have one, but very much. I threw money into the wind. Very sorry.
I have a Finow X5Air for more than a year working without problems.

Why the vulgar language? It does nothing to validate your comment. I have a Lem 7 and it works fine, running V2.4 firmware so your comments are not representative of everybody's Lem 7.
This is not my first watch, and I put all the firmware on Lem 7. I staked and firmware from Thor 4, but the screen on all the firmware behaves the same. The sensor does not work at the bottom of the screen. There are phantom inclusions of the screen, when using the keyboard it is impossible to use the bottom one register.

for how long do you have the watch? capt jon is right we do'nt allow this kind of language this forum is for asking help and not for these kind of comments.
as you said you did try other firmwares and still nothing, so have you considered the possibility that your watch is a faulty one? where did you buy it and when?

Which firmware version are you using at the moment? There is a new screen being used recently for the LEM7 and Thor 4
Actually, it’s more important to know which firmware it came with originally.
the firmware was v.1.0. Yesterday I put Lem 7 v.2.4 but also the lower case of the keyboard is not available, the touch at the bottom of the screen does not work. Thor 4 put the one that you posted on the forum. Thanks

Ok this makes sense now. If it was v1 and you only just bought it - it is using the HEHUI screen type. In the firmware version it would have had NHH in the name.
I have this firmware and I will upload it soon.
This explains why your screen is not working correctly. Your screen will not work with the firmware you found here because they have only just told us about the new version.
It will take a while to upload it.

Hi, my LEM7 originally had v1.0 nhh but now I run v2.5 with no trouble, I wasn’t aware of the difference before I flashed. The battery life definitely improved alot with 2.5 though.
Still, having v1.0nhh for download would be useful!
