I have a problem with this watch when I start fitness app. The app go normally for 20 minutes, sometimes 30 or also 1 hour, but other times it stops himself without any reason, so when I watch the display the app is closed. I’ve already put fitness app out from “Battery optimization” but the bug is here!
Do you have the same problem??
Try a factory reset . I dont use it as its basic . Try this instead . Turn off in battery - data saver also . Also allow heart rate access in watch settings under sensors then activate in app

This app works best with sim , data and high accuracy gps setting . This will give best results . Dont forget these watches are designed as " standalone " watches .
