If you are using stock launcher you should go into the settings for apps and set the default launcher.
I generally install Heads Up notifications from the Play Store - very reliable app.

I offer this video of how to set up WW2 with a lem 7. The procedure is for Android 7 so it should be the same, I think. I don't have the LemX and don't use WW2 on my Lem 7. I use Watch Droid instead but watched the video and understand that the procedures are different for Android 7 watches vs. Android 5.1 watches.

1. do'nt pair them via bluetooth if you did unpair them.
  1. if you have installed wiiwatch 2 on your phone open it and scan for near devices ans pair it with your watch.

so finally the watch is not getting hotter,the battery i dont if its normal but the thor pro do the same think in the first couples hour the drain is like 24% and after that get normal, still testing just bluetooth on right now,but its something weird in the stock launcher the screen consume between 4% and 19% and 50% brightness and Eric’s launcher get between 19% and 35% in 50% brightness too,i will ask to Eric about this,even i know for sure the watch was getting warmer in the beginning when i was trying to setup the watch with watchfaces and apps.
the companion app Wiiwatch2 its pretty good with my Iphone.
I want to know about the translator app that they mention,where its, i just saw i video with the pinch zoom and i really want that back, how could that be  bad for the watch ,i dont really understand why, if its not working properly who cares,maybe i will used when i need to use it.
oh i forget Eric’s launcher i cant change the DPI,it doesn’t let me do it,may still some restriction in A7.1.

i have to say mine is just perfect, with full usage with no issues and even with Eric’s launcher is works even better especially when in charging which the touch goes crazy. is your watch up to date? when does it start to hit up?

About consumption, have you mesured using the same watchface and on same conditions ?

Because they say the watch is waterproof, if not, why such ads, people will quickly see that they lie. I ordered this watch because it is waterproof and now I see that people who are trained have problems because the sweat enters the SIM card slot.

It’s look  like depends of the watch face, I did just look right now with same watch face stock launcher and your launcher the consumption is 4% and I am no playing with the watch. so about the DPI nothing you can’t do, no even a special launcher for this watch with that correction, too bad🤣 more other thing is the wake up gesture I hope it will improve on the next update and the pinch zoom app, it’s really bad the flat tire some applications could be better handling. Eric it’s possible to add to the launcher like to select random watch faces and change it by the launcher itself on period of times just think about it 🙏. after all is a great watch

Nothing can be perfect on this Chinese devices, deal with that, we still buying it.
About the waterproof just thinking :thinking: you can buy a film screen protector and place it over the area of SIM card and heart rate monitor , already order one to do it.
So we will have a peace of mind.

trust me it if it can handle my usage:)....for me it is enough that it wo'nt get damage from sweat cos i had two before it great watches that did'nt last long.....  and this one and the lem4pro have actually proven as good watches , the ipxx i will never trust this spec, why? these watches have the sim slot there is no way that can be waterproof might for watching hands and sweat but not for shower or swimming.

What would be the interest of DPI on this watch ? DPI is already correct.

If a flat surface could possibly be successful. I ordered it on 19 September and have not sent it yet, I am still waiting. I hope that it will correct some manufacturing errors before sending it, so it is still not hard to wait for it to be sent.

I was using a piece of shipping tape over the Sim card panel and it would work loose over time and did not fit perfectly around the bottom of the panel. So I took someone's else's suggestion on this forum and used a waterproof band-aid cut to fit over the panel. Because it is very flexible it follows the form of the watch very well and in over two months has not budged and is still very secure. I made a stiff paper pattern of the area I wanted to cover and used that against the band-aid, still attached to its paper, to cut it out.

I have ordered mine on 9 September and it is not shipped yet. I think that this actually may be a good thing, as they have corrected their production process in the meantime. Please, note that the first week of October is public holiday in China. So the wait may be a bit longer. I have ordered from GearBest and they wrote me that they will ship it within 10-14 business days, counted from 25 September. (probably business days in China).

Eric’s it’s mostly for some  application in others watches A 5.1 with lower DPI i can’t hit the OK or Cancel bottom, no in the LemX because sometimes maybe the problem is the flat tire or higher DPI, I wish is we can set the DPI in every application on the road, but it’s possible when  the watch is root it using application settings for each application.
