Totally gutted . Sending watches back from UK practically impossible . Tried before . Royal mail refuse it . Going to pub .

I agree with him. I read almost every post. And it becomes more obvious in the newer posts that these individuals never take the time, to learn how their watch is suppose to work. Then when they have an issue fail to research what is already posted here which may resolve their issue on their own. Often that might be all that is necessary. Just like the FAQ most companies offer to try and assist folks. They just plow on here with their problem like they are the only people on earth with a problem and reading between the lines expect everyone to drop what they are doing and help them. Most of the time they don't provide enough information to assist with the problem that is often caused by something they did to the watch. Hats off to the crew that despite these occasional missteps they keep on trying to help. I think I have a hard time with what I see in general because I grew up in the 40's and 50's era when people depended more on their own resources and figured things out and fixed it themselves most of the time and took pride in their work.

sorry to heard that mate,i am hoping for mine to be ok after i did pay $163 and i know the shipping back is $25 and with getting $10 back,its no about the money is about the time that i want to play with the watch. Pray to the Lord

Good news mine is good,playing right now,Pablo its a possible to get the bubble and the animation colors stock watch face that come with device in Eric’s launcher,i really like those two

1. if you have wiiwatch 2 on the phone - open bluetooth on both devices (do'nt pair them through the bluetooth) go to wiiwatch 2 on the phone and scan for devices, make sure that on the wach it is visible for other s to see it. after you pair them you good to go. 2. settings - cellular networks - make sure that all is set there.       go back to home screen (watch face) - scroll down - scroll left you get to the connectivities page - there you have arrow goes down and one up - turn it on.

yep, you are most welcome:) just remember if battery power saving is on then when the screen is off it all shut off, i turned it off cos battery life is amazing and i use fully the watch. i get 15hrs at least.
