EVERYTIME THAT I TRY TO REFRESH WEATHER DATA FROM LEM 5 THE RESULT IS REFRESH FAILED
SOMEONE CAN HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE?

clear data cache of the weather app and try again remember that you need wifi\3g + gps to refresh it, btw it should automatically refreshed if you on gps and wifi\3g.
