Hi folks is there a sleep tracking app for this watch. Seems like a lot of money to pay and it dont have one built in. cheers

i thought it has one, i use this app: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wearablelab.fitnessmate u can try it, it works well but i also liked this one cos it syncs with google fit and s health: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.urbandroid.sleep

Did you try to change watchface to one of built-in ones? Can you access apps list (push the button and swipe to the left couple of times) ?
Did you happen to enable USB debuging?

no I downloaded about 20 different watchfaces and saving them in clock skin folder and apply theme but one of theme in blank and after apply it my watch screen goes off but it is still on but I cant access my apps and notification bar I tried many things such as holding power button to reset but it is still blank screen but it is on but when I press power button for 2 sec I see the recent and power menu.
and I did not modify any thing such as usb debugging or any thing else.
now I dont know what should I do ?

You need to flash the watch with it's firmware.
Yes, Flashing is the only way you can get back your screen & factory default settings.
