Lem5 won't connect to pc

Hi all, I’m trying to connect my new lem5 (which I love) to my PC for custom watch faces. When ever I connect it states the following message “USB device not recognised” it’s windows 10 and I’m not very tech savvy.

Any help is appreciated! Please easy instructions

Did you install the device driver?

make sure drivers installed and mtp usb are also installed if you did all these and still you can’t see the watch make sure when it is connected go to notification bar on the watch and see if the right usb connection is chosen also see if debugging is on if yes then unmark it, if after all these you still do’nt have a connection that means you have a problem with the dock itself or the cable.
