Hi guys,
a little story and which leads to my problem:
I talked with the seller (LEMFO itself) on AliExpress which app I can use to connect my SmartPhone with the watch and save my steps and so on, as I wanted to use the watch also for fitness related topics.
The seller told me that I can use the “LEMFO Band” app then.
Now I have my watch since the beginning of the week and downloaded the app from the manual.
But this app was called “watch helper”.
In the video from LEMFO itself there is an app called “LEMFO Watch” which looks like the “watch helper” but isn’t the same.
Ok, I thought then I delete it form the phone and downloading the “LEMFO Band” App from the Google Play Store.
But I can’t connect.
I click on the Bluetooth Search Button in the App, but it seems it can’t handle the phones (OnePlus 2) bluetooth option - but Bluetooth is connected and the connection with the “watch helper app” (which provides the notifications at the moment) ist working without problems.
Did anyone of you had issues with the App or using it?
The seller wants a video where he can see it, but if I need my phone and my watch, how should I take a video?
I would provide screenshots, but the apps are default in german language, so they wouldn’t help properly.
Is someone able to tell me if he tried this app already, or do anyone have informations if it’s possible to connect with the LEMFO Band app?
Note: I also tried it one time with android ware app and the funny thing: I connected it for a short time. But after a watch restart it wasn’t possible to connect again.
I resetted already the watch, but still the same.

I am already reading through a few threads with good informations I can use
Today I also saw that I can’t use WhatsApp on the Watch as it wants the CET timezone but it’s nit available in the settings 
don’t thought before that a strong smartwatch as this one doesn’t have a good software also

the app is not supported for these watches i do’nt understand why they told you it is, there are good apps that you can use with the watch if you have sim in it you can use s health for activity tracking since it sync with many apps that you can use, for notifications you can use m2d which works perfectly with 3g, wifi and bt, and also Swapp Link (

Thank you for the detailed answer. I thought this already, but it was told me by the LEMFO Official store, so I tried and tried it again. Regarding whatsapp it’s a default app in there app store. So it’s funny for me that it’s not working. I will try regarding your mentioned apps. Thanks again for your help. It’s really a great community.
To keep this thread a little bit updated if someone gets told the same. I confronted now the seller (LEMFO Official Store) with his own messages and waiting for a response.
I bought the watch because of the app connection. Else I would have bought another one.
S Health isn’t working as I don’t want a sim card in the watch.
Update: The seller avoids to answer my question and sends me only informations which aren’t related to my questions

Yes, unfortunately there not few like that same thing happened to me with the s99 ( not recommended watch).
