No se si alguien me puede ayudar. Al insertar la tarjeta SIM en el teléfono se bloquea la pantalla tactil. No puedo usar la pantalla no funciona. He probado a colocar la sim en el móvil y ahí funciona correctamente. Gracias

Did you turn the phone off before inserting the Sim Card? Also is it inserted correctly, some watches it can be put in backwards with a little effort. Does the watch work correctly without the Sim Card installed. A bit more information would help resolve your problem. Thanks

1. the sim has lock pin 2. there is an issu e with imei
