how do you connect LEM14 and a PC , I do not understand

Connect watch to Pc with supplied cable . In watch open settings , connections , usb and select file transfer if thats what you require .

If your Pc needs a driver installed its in this folder ( ignore the other items in folder )

Do you have a charging dock instead? This might work, too.
