The chances of this are very slip as its a old watch . I would have suggested Aliexpress which is a shame as they have none

You are correct that is an old watch. I have one that is about 2 years old and still ticking. I have another one that is new, in the box, that I keep charged up and ready. But unlike most watches, I would guess due to its popularity, it is still available in the Ali-express store. So it is possible, it is still in production, until a replacement square watch becomes available.

Any suggestion for 1.8 inch square watch? I think I have to get a new model.

Not much on square watches but the Ticris Max S is amazing . Battery life / premium build is really good . For me the best watch for running to date while using " My Running App "
