Did you look in the section for Kingwear Firmware on the main page? Thats where it would be if available.

I found one link that worked. It was for the 512/8GB version this is the file, “KW99_CS1_B_20171111 .zip.” You also need to consider this watch has been out of production for years and more than likely the factory is no longer providing support.
