kw99 keeps rebooting..

Hi… My KW99 suddenly started rebooting ad naueum
I was charging it and it just started app of 70 apps optimising

It did this all morning. I unscrewed the back to see if I could move the battery in/out, but had to go out so put the back on again with doing anything.

It continued rebooting and just as I was about to give up on it, I sat it down on the table.

Next thing I kmow it was sike t, no rebooting music. I took a look and now it is working fine. Really strange.

Any ideas why this would be ?

Well it was normal for a few weeks now it started that repeat booting again now.

I have a feeling maybe from the sweat on my wrists shorting out the power? Could it be that.

When I start it it just goes into the reboot showing the balloons, over and over.

Is it time for a new watch? Only had it maybe a year. My wife’s same KW99 is fine tho’.

Is there a better watch to buy about the same price?

Any ideas here please?

If I tried to remove the battery then put it back would that make any difference?

or should I just throw it away?

reset the watch and see if it still happening.
