KW88 touchscreen problem

Zeblaze and others (Wiiwear pcba) General Firmware

Hi all

after flashing with the new firmware (KW88_20161104) the touchscreen don’t work anymore to any direction, i’m tried to reflash with factory firmaware(KW88_CS1_B_20160707) but without response,

after reboot appear just 2 screen below, but for me is impossible to change somenthing.

if somebody can help me i’m very appreciate

make sure you chose the right rom stock and flash again and make sure that preloader is'nt marked.

firmaware KW88_CS1_B_20160707 is not the correct factory firmware?

yes, it is, try again and make sure not to mark preloader, if it still does’nt work then try to disconnect the battery and reconnect.

Open the back off your watch (4 screw), if i remenber there is a little connector under left, lift it up careful. after a few seconds you can reconnect.

i tried to disconnect and reconnect but nothing change :frowning:

is possible the touchscreen is irreparable damaged?

have you tried to flash the rom again? can you write again all the steps you did from the begining?

yes connect and flash it’s ok but touch screen stil not work…

that is just weird, what if your watch is a different model? the x3+ and D5+ and even the x5+ have two different models what if it is the same case...can you see if the model name is written inside the watch?

no, it does'nt seem there are two models, did you open the watch before you flashed? software updates should'nt have any impact on the touchscreen. try to go into the recovery mode and reset the watch from there and then try to flash the rom stock again.

Restore factory KW88 which is an almost safe solution.
