My kw88 restarting automatically in each 10 seconds… Yesterday i danced for long time with my kingwear on hand and sweat a lot… After some time it restarting and now i couldn’t charge the phone… When iam putting in charge it restarting again… What ro do? Its just one month i bought it… From gearbest… Pls help

open the back cover of the watch and see if there is corrosion on parts of the watch.
No Corrosion now… But its restarting when connect the charger… Is it fixable?
I contact the gearbest customer service… They are saying send it to china for replacement but its shipping charge may be huge to there from india… So there is another option that i can keep the item and they will refund 15 dollar…is it possible to repair my watch

it only happens when you try to charge it?
When the device have charge it happens untill its battery drain… After drain the batery when put the charger it happens restarting… Now i couldn’t use my watch…

disconnect the battery and flash the watch with the original firmware if the problem is software then it should fix the problem if this continue i'm afraid it is a hardware problem.
How to flash the firmware? Can u give me the link of latest firmware?
Pls give me the guidelines too… Tanx
Hi there, hopefully the issue has been solved for you. I did have the same issue after some rain. Opened the back to let moisture evape. After a day the watch works fine again.

1. reset the watch before flashing: /thread/1751/kw88-512-call-firmware-update choose upgrade not download only.
