Please give more details. When turned off and plugged, it won’t reach 100% ? Is that what you mean ?

reset the watch and let it charges to 100% at first it should take a bit more time.

Hello, Please can someone help to share the procedure on how to upgrade the firmware for KW88 Pro manually.
From where can I get the USD drivers & SP Flash tool please?..I was able to download the new firmware.
