KW88 Fully Disassembled

I had to repair my power button on the KW88, so I needed to disassemble the watch.

Here are some images of the disassembled parts.
My battery is an 350 mAh version.

If you try to do this yourself, be very careful. The plastic parts are brittle and break. Also the wires to the speaker and microphone may break and need to be resoldered.

The camera can be recalibrated for focus point.

We need to know what is the unsoldered connector. I hope the SDcard wires. I don’t have any idea where can i find the circuit diagram of this motherboard.

Unsoldered connector?

OK! Not unsoldered, not soldered.

The text on the PCB states LCM1. As LCM2 is the display port, I assume LCM1 has a similar function?

I'm not sure, but i think it's unsigned. LCM1 is the camera and LCM2 is the LCD driver port. We need schematic diagram.

Hello there. I am having troubles with the button also and can not use the watch and I need to change the button. Where did you find one?

Can we extend memory using SD memory card?

My cover plastic is broken do you know from where can I buy replacement?

no.

I know, that there is no slot for that, but if we could find memory on pcb board, we could make some modifications, and use the same slot for simcard and memory card in the same time.

does the print on the board in the middle say HEART…?

The mt6580 of course have SD card pinouts, but we don’t know it’s wired to PCB or not? We need to know PCB pinouts. In my earlier post you can see a not soldered connector place in red circle. If its contain the SD pins then we have luck and problem solved, but we need a schematic diagram or PCB pinouts.

You would never get the case back on if you put an SD card in there.

Could a bigger capacity battery be fitted inside? I think BTW the LF16 has almost the same layout inside…

It's not problem. No need heart rate sensor for me or other solution a 3D printed back cover.....
