most likely the problem is with the cable, i had a similar problem and the only way i could flash is hold the watch with cable together along the process.

No way, even changing cable and holding it. I’ve read that maybe using XP can success, but not sure. Any other idea?.

the only thing that can be the problem for not recogonized by the pc if drivers installed and usb mtp also is the cable itself, try cleaning the dots on the watch with little alcohol and see if it helps.
