I am still surprised that using the firmware upgrade option in SP Tools with the new firmware does not fix the problem
Same here, trying everything. Searching all over the internet. Even some of your old posts from 2016. . Normally a firmware upgrade should correct everything. Just not in my case. lol

According the shop where i bought my watch they say i need to install it with

KW88_CS1_B_GSM_PHT_20171111.rar

and use 

SP_Flash_Tool_exe_Windows_v5.1548.00.000.zip

Tried it but still all is upside down

Is there any way for fixing this using a twrp recovery ?



Edit: Could this be even fixed with the next firmware update ?

So I’m another one with the brand new kw88 from aliexpress with the flipped screen and none of firmwares works. 
Do you think any app turning the screen would help? Problem is with connecting to Gooogle Play to download anything (need to log in what is almost impossible with screen flipped)

I’ve disconnected the battery and connected it again. Nothing changed. Should I try to reflash once again after that?

Have you tried the KW88 Pro firmware? You cannot flash any other KW88 firmware.
Do you remember what firmware version you had before you flashed it?

So - did you receive the watch and the screen was upside down? Or did you flash firmware and now it is upside down?

When I bought it everything was ok except connecting to smartphone. Then I’ve flashed it to 20171111 version and the screen is flipped. Which firmware is for KW88Pro?

Did you flash everything? Including the pre loader?

Did you buy a KW88 pro or regular kw88?

KW88 pro has more ram and storage and runs Android 7

Ok, then it is a regular kw88 and I guess you need the NHH firmware because you have an HEHUI screen

Do you remember if the original firmware had NHH in the title?

Hmm, ok The fact that you tried the other version and it doesn't work means you almost certainly have a HEHUI screen. Did you you check on the KingWear website? They have the firmware for the new screen on the KW88. I have not uploaded it yet so it will be quicker for you to get it from there.

Their site does not work on any on my browsers… When I go to support/download and click download button nothing happens.
