KronosBlade Genesis; Floating Toucher won't stay running?

I installed the Floating Toucher on my Genesis, but it doesn’t keep running when the screen times out?
Any ideas?

Have you made sure to remove floating touch from background cleaner? I’m using floating touch on both my Genesis watches.
