Hi! on your Mac Laptop try to install “Android File Transfer.dmg.” google it, it’s a free app. I used it in transfering files to my Kospet Prime.

After installing, connect your Kospet to the dock and plug to the computer. On the kospet select usb file transfer then open Android File Transfer in the Launcher of the Mac.

Android File Transfer is already installed, unfortunately it doesn’t recognize the watch connected as per the image at the top of this thread/topic. I’ll keep trying to find an answer. Cheers!
